Guideline

All participants are required to register through the PRS KOREA 2025 online registration system and advised to register in advance.
(By October 24 (Fri), 23:59(KST), 2025)

• Deadline for Early-Bird Registration June 30(Mon), 2025
• Deadline for Presenter Registration October 24 (Fri), 2025
• Regular Registration October 24 (Fri), 2025

Registration Process

1. Step 01 Click Sign-up or Log in
2. Step 02 Fill out personal info and choose registration category
3. Step 03 Choose payment method and make payment
4. Step 04 Check your email for payment confirmation
5. Step 05 Complete

Registration Fees

Payment Method

You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My Page.'
Registration Fees can be paid using one of the following options:

1) Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
• All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay' (Non-Korean) or ‘Easy Pay’ (Korean).

2) Bank Wire Transfer

• Bank transfer should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
• Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• Please send an e-mail to the Secretariat(secretariat.kprs@innon.co.kr) with a copy of the transfer record.
• If your payment is completed, the Payment Status will change from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘completed’.
• If you would like to change your payment method, please contact the Secretariat.
• A payment confirmation letter will be sent within 3 weeks after payment is received.
  If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at secretariat.kprs@innon.co.kr.

Registration Confirmation

• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
• Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
• Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
• Once you complete your registration, you can download your invitation letter from 'My Page'.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail. (secretariat.kprs@innon.co.kr)
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
• Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
