3. Presentation File Submission

1) Pre-submission (For Overseas)

To preparing congress smoothly, please submit your presentation file in advance.

• * Submission Deadline: 10/31(Fri.) 23:59 p.m.(KST)

2) On-site submission

• - Please visit the Preview Room(5F) and submit your final presentation file at least 1 hour before your session begins.
• - If your presentation file contains any movies or sounds, please bring it separately and submit to the preview room.
• - Please avoid using personal laptops for presentations.
  However, if it is unavoidable, please bring your own HDMI converters and adapters, and notify our staff in the preview room.

4. Before Your Presentation

• - Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
• - Please arrive your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
• - You will be responsible for controlling your presentation slides.

5. Withdrawal of Modification of Abstract (For Oral Presenters)

Presenters who wish to withdraw or modify their abstract must complete the Abstract Withdrawal/Change Request Form and submit it to the secretariat(academic.kprs@innon.co.kr).

All requests must be submitted by October 17 (Fri.).
